Why a Plant-Based diet?
One of the most frequent questions I get asked is, why a plant-based diet?
A plant-based diet has shown to be helpful in clients with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, constipation, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer prevention and other chronic diseases.
Although plant-based nutrition is one of my specialties, my job is to help YOU find your healthiest way of eating. If you are interested in learning and adapting the benefits of a plant-based diet, I am here to assist you. Plant-based does not necessarily mean vegetarian or vegan; focusing your diet around healthy plant foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole-grains and beans can still provide the health benefits associated with a vegetarian lifestyle.
